Korvenne provides secure international shipping to a global clientele. All orders are processed through our Global Fulfillment Centers. To ensure the structural and aesthetic integrity of our artisan-crafted pieces, every item undergoes a rigorous final quality inspection before being dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Promotions

Complimentary Shipping: We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on all qualifying orders as part of our commitment to accessible elegance.

Standard Rates: For specific promotional items or regions not covered by our complimentary service, shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Duties & Taxes: Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Your total delivery time is comprised of Processing Time and Transit Time.

4. Order Accuracy & Address Modifications
The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If you identify an error in your shipping address, please notify us at info@korvenne.com within 2 hours of order placement. Once an order has entered the fulfillment stage and a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to redirect the shipment.
5. Tracking & Logistics Transparency
Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be issued via email.

Tracking Updates: Our premium pieces are dispatched from our specialized international hub. Please allow 3–5 business days for the tracking status to refresh as the package undergoes international export scanning.

Transit Visibility: During the handover between our logistics partners and international transit points, tracking updates may temporarily pause. Visibility will resume once the package is scanned at the destination country’s sorting facility.
6. Delivery Guarantee & Returns

60-Day Delivery Guarantee: In the exceptional event that a package is not delivered within 60 days of shipment, Korvenne will provide a full refund or a complimentary reshipment, at the customer's discretion.

Post-Delivery Evaluation: Our 30-day Return Policy officially commences upon the "Delivered" status of your tracking number, ensuring you have the full allotted time to evaluate the craftsmanship of your purchase.
