At Korvenne, we are committed to the artisan integrity of our jewelry and the absolute satisfaction of our clientele. We understand that selecting personal adornments requires careful consideration.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Our return policy spans 30 days from the date of confirmed delivery. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible to request a return or exchange within this window, provided the item remains in its original condition.

Please note: This policy does not cover damages resulting from accidental impact, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.

2. Eligibility & Conditions

To qualify for a successful return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • The item must be returned in its original Korvenne signature packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt must be provided.

Logistics & Fees:

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping charges and premium service fees (e.g., gift wrapping) are non-refundable.

  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, Korvenne will assume full responsibility for return logistics and prioritize a complimentary replacement or full refund.

3. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

Due to hygiene and customization reasons, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Gift Cards.

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry.

  • Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

  • Promotional "Free Gifts" (unless returned alongside the primary qualifying purchase).

4. Our Quality Commitment (Limited Warranty)

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece. For items that exhibit manufacturing defects within one year of purchase, we offer a One-Year Quality Guarantee.

  • Manufacturing Defects: We will provide a one-time complimentary replacement (subject to stock availability).

  • Beyond Warranty: For damage resulting from personal use after the initial 30 days, please contact our concierge team at info@korvenne.com for specialized repair guidance or exclusive loyalty replacement options.

5. Refund Procedure

Once your returned item is received at our center and undergoes quality inspection, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or status of your refund.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Exchanges: We offer exchanges for damaged or defective items. Please note that once an item has been exchanged, the transaction is considered final.

6. Return Logistics & Authorization

  • Authorization Required: Please do not send your purchase back to the address listed on the original shipping label. To ensure your return is tracked and processed, you must contact info@korvenne.com to receive the current Authorized Return Center address.

  • Tracking Recommendation: We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service. Korvenne cannot be held liable for return shipments that are lost in transit without valid proof of delivery.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Verify with your financial institution or credit card provider, as posting times vary.
